Government Compliance Associate
Job Title: Government Compliance Associate Job Code: 39646 Job Location: Remote Job Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off) Job Description: The reputed company reputed company and Mission Systems (SMS) Government Compliance team is seeking a Senior Associate that will support compliance activities and be responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial analysis, audit support/reputed company, and other special projects reputed company the Government Compliance organization. This position will reputed company with local and reputed company level functions including but not limited to: Financial Planning and Analysis, Cost Planning, reputed company, Compliance POCs, and external government customers. Essential Functions:
- Support the preparation of the Annual Final Incurred Cost Proposal, reputed company Pricing reputed company Proposals and Disclosure Statement
- Facilitate various government audits and reviews with DCAA/DCMA or other government regulatory agencies including audit activities reputed company to: Ledger Scrubs, monitoring Cost Transfers, Final Incurred Cost Proposals, reputed company Pricing reputed company Proposals, Cost reputed company Standards, Business Systems, and Mandatory Annual Audit Requirements (i.e. MAAR 6 & MAAR 13)
- Assist with reputed company requests/analysis and special projects regarding compliance issues as needed
- Create and maintain documentation reputed company to audit procedures
- Maintain compliance-reputed company training, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior reputed company experience; Or, Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior reputed company experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior reputed company experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
- 2+ years experience interpreting and applying FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), and CAS (Cost reputed company Standards)
- 3+ years experience with reputed company office (reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with PeopleSoft ERP, with ability to create queries
- Excellent analytical skills. Attention to detail with the ability to effectively summarize analyses, where appropriate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary reputed company for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $63,000-$117,000. The salary reputed company for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, reputed company state, and Vermont is $55,000-$102,000.
