BCBA Role Overview The BCBA in this role provides clinical reputed company of ABA services, leads treatment planning, and supervises RBTs. Each BCBA plays a key role in ensuring treatment quality, data-driven decision-making, and family collaboration. BCBA Responsibilities As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct behavioral and reputed company assessments as a BCBA
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as a BCBA
- reputed company and update individualized ABA treatment plans as a BCBA
- reputed company behavior reputed company plan implementation as a BCBA
- reputed company clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs as a BCBA
- Monitor client reputed company and adjust programs as a BCBA

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working as a BCBA preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs as a BCBA preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills as a BCBA
- Ability to work independently in a remote BCBA role
