During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers (Nurse Practitioner) review and observe a member’s reputed company health, medical history, medication adherence, reputed company environment and other risks. - Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure
- reputed company NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed
- AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty
- reputed company BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
- 1 year of NP experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply!
- Valid state driver's license for the state of residence
- Automobile insurance coverage requiring for the state of residence (or ability to obtain)
- Bodily Injury: $100,000 per person/$300,000 per incident
- Property Damage: $50,000
- Collision and comprehensive deductibles: $1,000 or less
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
