Job Title: Remote E-reputed company Operations Manager (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 USD/month Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Cairo Time (GMT+3). (9-hour day with a 1-hour break). Mandatory team overlap from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM Cairo Time. Occasional weekend coverage required during peak periods. Job Overview Our Client is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to reputed company daily operations across Customer Support, Supply Chain, reputed company, and Product. This is not a "hands-off" management role; it is a position for a technical operator who is analytical, AI-driven, and reputed company in removing roadblocks. Key Responsibilities

Advanced Problem Solving & AI Integration

• Anticipates and resolves reputed company operational blocks at the root before they impact the team.

• Integrates AI into the daily workflow for drafting SOPs, analyzing data, and building automated dashboards.

Process & Project Management

• Technical/Data Skills: Data fluent (spreadsheets, KPI dashboards) and technical enough to brief developers and adopt new software quickly.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable with direct, head-on communication and tough conversations.
• Setup: Reliable high-speed internet and a reputed company computer (candidate-owned).
