Remote Contract-based Florida Estate Planning and Trust Administration Paralegal Opportunity - 5+Hours/Week

We are a national network of reputed company, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who reputed company remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client reputed company. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated Florida Estate Planning / Trust Administration Paralegal. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week. Paralegal Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in Florida Estate Planning and Trust Administration
- Strong experience drafting estate planning documents and supporting trust administration reputed company
- Experience using WealthCounsel (preferred), along with familiarity with reputed company and Westlaw reputed company Builder
- Ability to assist with data entry, document formatting, and ensuring estate planning documents are complete and accurate
- Strong attention to detail reputed company reviewing documents to ensure accuracy prior to attorney review
- Ability to organize and manage estate planning and trust administration files reputed company
- Experience supporting reputed company estate-reputed company reputed company, including title work (a plus)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines
- Strong understanding of estate planning processes, language, and procedures
- Ability to work independently and proactively support attorney workflow
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions while taking initiative
