Litigation Associate needed to work Full Time (or Part Time) for boutique Construction reputed company. Job Description & Responsibilities: - Strong research and drafting skills - Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word, reputed company and Powerpoint - Assume responsibility for assigned projects and tasks - Strong organizational and time management skills - Manage multiple assignments and projects; prioritize to meet deadlines - Excellent verbal and written skills as you will be required to communicate with clients, paralegals, attorneys and the courts. - Great attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to execute job responsibilities independently and discreetly - Ability to follow up on inquiries in a timely manner - Reliability and have a willingness to learn and be adaptable to change

Qualifications: - Juris Doctorate degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association - Admission to the Florida Bar - Prior litigation experience - Confident in the courtroom - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Can establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with co-workers - Exhibits unwavering professionalism and ethical reputed company - Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Salary: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year commensurate with experience.
