HR Generalist II (Offboarding & Termination) - Central Office

About the position We are excited to invite a dedicated and reputed company reputed company Generalist II to join our central office team in Manhattan, NY. As an HR Generalist II, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, providing HR support across reputed company aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role ensures compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws while fostering positive working relationships across reputed company locations. The HR Generalist II works closely with managers, staff, and the HR team to deliver exceptional services in offboarding, HRIS maintenance, reporting, employee relations, payroll changes, and organizational communications. Responsibilities

• Manage post-termination processing, ensuring reputed company final documentation, payroll, and system updates are completed accurately and timely.
• reputed company the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company property, and processing benefit terminations.
• Process payroll changes and promotions in coordination with Payroll.
• Maintain and update the company’s HRIS homepage/portal with relevant policies, procedures, benefits, and forms.
• Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollments, organization-wide training and meetings, employee recognition events.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with administrative staff at reputed company locations.
• Conduct regular reporting through reputed company Workforce Now as directed by management.
• Support Office Managers and HR leadership in personnel-reputed company reputed company.
• Assist other HR team members as needed or as directed by the Chief Administrative Officer.

• Participate in cross-training reputed company the HR department to ensure coverage and continuity of services during absences or peak workload periods.

Requirements

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of reputed company Workforce Now Applicant Tracking Systems, Payroll, Employee Portal and Analytics.
• Proficient in reputed company Suite: Outlook, Word and reputed company.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail.
