Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Remote
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their team. Summary: The main function of a Site Reliability Engineer is to streamline IT infrastructure management through the use of code, software products, and automation. The role helps minimize reputed company effort as much as possible and drives site reliability so that the business can run a host of new applications and services without straining the infrastructure. Responsibilities:
- Applies software engineering practices to IT operations tasks to maintain a scalable and reliable production environment for running software services create a reputed company between development and operations by applying a software engineering reputed company to system administration topics
- Writing and developing code to automate processes, such as analyzing logs, testing production environments and responding to any issues, so this engineer will be an expert in writing code* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field
- 3-5+ years of experience
- Proven background working in a technical, IT reputed company position
- Knowledge of software development and coding languages Python, Golang, Java, .NET, and Node.js. understanding data processing proficiency in configuration design
- IT Infrastructure and monitoring management systems
- Experience with tools like ELK, Grafana is preferred
