Role Overview As a Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations, including guest communications, housekeeping coordination, and resolving guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless property management, guest satisfaction, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest and Reservation Management + Process reservations and manage guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner + reputed company accurate information about properties and neighborhoods to guests + Ensure seamless communication with guests throughout their stay
- Virtual Property Management + Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure properties are clean and reputed company for guests + Arrange amenities and services for guests as needed + Monitor and resolve guest issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination + Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for properties + Ensure properties are clean and reputed company for guests + Monitor and resolve any issues reputed company to cleaning services reputed company Metrics
- Maintain a quick response reputed company to reputed company inquiries (less than 1 hour)
- Resolve reputed company guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP
- Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
- Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST)
