This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of positions, including skilled trades and administrative roles. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to reputed company
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job openings on various platforms and maintain job listings

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
