Project Manager (WFM Rollout) Location: Remote (Must conform to CST/EST Hours) Department: reputed company Applications Employment Type: Contract (3 months+)

Overview

Our client is seeking a task-oriented Project Manager to reputed company a Workforce Management (WFM) rollout for field agents (2,000–3,000 employees) transitioning to the reputed company timekeeping platform. This is a three-month contract with potential for extension. Remote candidates welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute a project plan for the WFM rollout
• Drive adoption, training, and communication for field-based staff moving to digital timekeeping (mobile app, computers, geofencing)
• Coordinate with cross-functional sponsors (Finance, HR, Operations) and report to the project reputed company
• Maintain reputed company, follow up on tasks, and reputed company reputed company stakeholders on track
• Help define and adjust project scope as details emerge

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in workforce management or large-scale system rollouts (WFM a plus, not required)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience managing or guiding teams through organizational change and new technology adoption
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and task follow-up skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and reputed company to "hold their own” in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
