This person works with business units across the reputed company, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and HR areas to ensure the HRIS meets the needs of the reputed company as reputed company as possible. The role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company end-user support for HRIS-specific issue resolution.

• Review and test vendor software updates. Review new features of software to support corporate strategy and align software to our needs.

• Implement new features of the HRIS software to meet changing business requirements.

• Create and maintain job aids specific to assist end users with self-service items in the system.

• Drive system optimization and enhancement initiatives by collaborating with HR department leads to identify automation opportunities, improve user experience, and reputed company strategic roadmaps that align HRIS capabilities with business objectives.

• Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
