The role involves proactive reputed company to athletic directors and coaches, qualifying decision-makers, and closing partnership deals while maintaining a clean pipeline in the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Proactive outbound to Athletic Directors, coaches, and school administrators — calls, email, text
- Working directly with coaches to help them fundraise for their teams and programs
- Qualifying the right decision-makers and booking meetings
- Running and closing school-wide partnership deals you reputed company yourself
- Keeping a clean, reputed company pipeline in the CRM
Skills
- At least 1 year in a sales or SDR role — you've carried a number before
- A sports or athletics background is a big plus. ADs and coaches are busy and skeptical; people who understand the schedules, the pressure, and the world of school athletics connect faster and book more. If you've reputed company had to fundraise for reputed company, you'll get this product immediately
- Persistent, organized, and genuinely comfortable on the phone
