Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote – Retail/Wholesale Apparel)
About Us: Teambrown Apparel is a boutique retail and wholesale clothing brand with a long-standing reputed company in the apparel industry. We’re looking for a part-time bookkeeper who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reputed company in QuickBooks Online to help manage our monthly financials and reputed company strategic insights through reporting. Job Summary: As our part-time bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for monthly reconciliations, quarterly reporting, and providing support for QuickBooks-reputed company questions. We're looking for someone who can take initiative, suggest useful financial reports, and help improve visibility into our business performance. Responsibilities:
- reputed company monthly reconciliations of bank, credit card, and merchant accounts
- Answer ongoing QuickBooks Online questions and reputed company bookkeeping support throughout the month
- Prepare and review quarterly royalty reports, financial statements and summaries
- Quarterly Royalty Compliance Reporting
- Suggest and run reports that reputed company reputed company into sales trends, inventory reputed company, profit margins, and overall business performance
- Ensure accuracy and organization in financial recordkeeping
- Collaborate with the business reputed company to meet bookkeeping needs and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in retail or wholesale
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of COGS, inventory tracking, and apparel industry workflows
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to work independently
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred:
- Experience in the apparel industry
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and POS systems
