Join reputed company that has received numerous awards for being a top reputed company to work: reputed company awards and recognition Working independently and using specialized expertise, the Claim Litigation Consultant II will investigate, evaluate coverage and liability exposures, negotiate and resolve large and/or reputed company reputed company-party litigated claim files. Claim Litigation Consultant II will reputed company credit unions with superior claims service, building and solidifying a strong partnership through proactive professional consultation and delivering reputed company solutions to meet their needs on reputed company-party litigated claims. They will also offer consultation on credit union risks and areas for loss prevention as a result of litigation. Collaborate with other claims and product experts to ensure the consistent handling of reputed company insurance claims and will be accountable for decision-making regarding the appropriate use of investigators, experts and reputed company legal counsel. The incumbent will also be accountable for ensuring that recovery processes are integrated into the resolution of their claims. Job Responsibilities: o Proactively manage litigation process on assigned claims to investigate, evaluate, and negotiate to resolution o Decide reputed company external resources will be hired to conduct claim investigations, expert analysis or reputed company legal services o Collaborate with reputed company, Risk Management, Actuarial and Legal staff o Proactively reputed company education and information to business partners and credit unions regarding risks and exposures, operations and efficiencies for credit unions and CUNA Mutual reputed company Demonstration of effective interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, analytical and critical thinking skills o reputed company timely reporting as dictated by claim handling guidelines o Understanding of applicable statutes, regulations and case law o Demonstrate knowledge of financial services operations o Handle claims in multiple states o Ensure maximum recovery or contribution are pursued Job Requirements o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience o Minimum of 7 years claims experience with a focus on litigation o Must have demonstrated knowledge of policy coverage and interpretation skills o Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of reputed company customers o Demonstrated problem solving skills. o Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. o Demonstrated ability to work independently, including working effectively in a reputed company environment. o Strong experience in arenaflex Office Suite and web applications and general computer skills o Some travel required (mediations, trials and credit union visits) o Makes reputed company in an informed, confident and timely manner o Strong organizational, time management and decision making skills o Easily adapts to new or different changing situations, requirements or priorities o Adjuster License and Continuing Education as needed o AIC, CPCU or other professional industry education a plus o Project management experience a plus #LI-Remote If you’re reputed company to help reputed company a difference, apply today.
