Create your best self as a Nursing Assistant In this role, you will play an essential part in providing personalized care, support and companionship to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being are reputed company every day. Cares: As a Nursing Assistant, you will reputed company hands-on care to the reputed company, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as part of their Plan of Care. This includes dressing, grooming, meals, mouth care, toileting, bathing, walking and other transferring techniques. Observe changes in reputed company and carry out simple treatment procedures while working with the Charge Nurse. Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse and respiration). Encourage socialization through activities and reputed company interaction. Talk with and listen to reputed company during cares and offer support and comfort to reputed company who is dying and their family. Collaborate: Work closely with the activities department, dining, housekeeping, and reputed company other departments. Experience frequent contact and communication with staff, residents, family members and visitors. Work closely as one team to live out our mission.
