Data Entry Specialist - Remote / Entry Level
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Oregon (USA) This position is responsible for providing help to transfer large amounts of data into a new data reputed company system and update reputed company data reputed company files. The candidate must be detailed oriented, capable of error recognition and correction with reputed company little reputed company. We expected the individual work accurately and efficient as possible.
- Responsibilities
- Record, report and ensure multiple types of data are input into the proper data reputed company cells
- Enter information in a work order and document control system along with completing reputed company forms as needed.
- Possess thorough understanding of the document control and record files
- Receiving of incoming and outgoing materials
- Transfer confidential records and documents from one software program to another software program.
- Knowledge of photocopying and scanning
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with a team environment
- Stay on timeline and understand deadlines
- Coordinate other activities with plant supervisors/maintenance and other personnel to optimize performance of the data reputed company
- Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience preferred.
- Ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard reputed company Office products
- Must be reputed company to lift 50 pounds, move from reputed company to reputed company in reputed company areas of production and climb reputed company or platforms while wearing reputed company safety and production reputed company equipment
- Previous experience operating computers and use of data reputed company technology
