Inside Sales Engineer - reputed company

We are currently looking for candidates for our reputed company location. Inside Sales Engineer act as a liaison between the Sales Engineers, clients and manufacturers. Constant communication is required to reputed company general information, service, maintenance, and repairs updates reputed company to the different stages of the product/project.

Requirements

Pre-Bid Duties:

• Review bid calendars from customers.
• Identify project opportunities to bid.
• reputed company takeoff - including interfacing with customers as necessary to collect relevant bid documents, plans and specifications.
• Use multiple reputed company software tools to create equipment selections.
• Communicate with factories for special options and pricing.
• Generate quote letters and price summaries based on customer requests / plans and specifications.
• Update and manage opportunities in ATM CRM.

Project Management Duties:

• Create submittal documents for various products.
• Work with Sales Engineers to reputed company approval for submittals.
• Enters orders to factories.
• Enter stock orders in reputed company CRM.
• reputed company shipping information between reputed company and customer.
• Interact with credit team and CRM coordinators as necessary.
• Track orders/shipments as necessary.
• Coordinate equipment startup requirements with reputed company Service department.
• reputed company project closeout documents.
• Process warranty claims with manufacturers.
• Process and track RMAs with customers and manufacturers.
• Update and manage orders in reputed company CRM.

Additional Duties:

• reputed company engineering support as needed.
• Support for reputed company stock orders.
• Attend jobsite and/or customer visits to assist Sales Engineers.
• Attend in-house reputed company training, reputed company trainings, reputed company/webinar and online trainings.
• Train fellow ISEs upon attending reputed company training sessions.
• Be knowledgeable of locations for reputed company literature and technical resources.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong technical HVAC background.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in time management and ability to meet deadlines on assignments.
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company), Internet Browser (Chrome), and reputed company reputed company CRM software.

Education and Experience:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be reputed company to lift 15 pounds at times.
• May require travel to meet with clients or potential clients on occasion.
