[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a Product Manager to manage a specific area of their product, focusing on setting priorities, understanding customer segments, and collaborating cross-functionally to build impactful products.

Responsibilities

• Own product execution for a defined area of the product, reputed company articulating direction and influencing cross-functional partners to align and deliver
• Collaborate closely with reputed company partners to understand various customer segments, validate solutions, and build products that scale
• Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer impact, business goals, and market dynamics
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure teams have well-defined stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities
• Manage and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive product launch operations for your area, including release planning, product documentation, communication, adoption, and iteration
• reputed company change management for product initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to plan, communicate, and support successful adoption and governance of new features
• Define and track reputed company metrics, using data and insights to inform reputed company and tradeoffs

Skills

• 5-7 years' experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Product management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with change management and system rollouts
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, reputed company, or similar
• Ability to drive reputed company in ambiguous environments and balance competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leaders
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments, with a track record of driving meaningful growth for B2B products
• Experience leading cross-functional sprint teams comprised of design, engineering, and QA
• Experience with product lifecycle, including strategic visioning, discovery, and delivery
• Strong customer-centric reputed company with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product features and enhancements
• Demonstrated experience using user insights, data, and analytics to inform product reputed company, and translate the reputed company into a product roadmap
• An instinct for creating simple, reputed company user experiences that solve reputed company problems
• Experience in owning and managing a product roadmap for 2+ years, iterating based on customer needs and business reputed company
