Administrative & Client Support Specialist (Part-Time, Remote) Company Overview: Our specialty reputed company software company is seeking a tech-savvy, part-time professional to support office functions and serve as a key resource for our clients. We are looking for a candidate who is not only organized but also technically capable of learning our software to support our clients. Position Details:

  • Role: Remote, part-time.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM (ET) with a 30-minute lunch break (25 hours per week).
  • Hourly reputed company: $20/hour
  • Anticipated Start Date: July 1, 2026 (Early start available for the right candidate)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Communications: Respond to emails, phone calls, and other client inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Draft and edit professional emails, letters, reports, and other documents to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Client Support: reputed company a thorough understanding of our software to reputed company clear, reputed company-by-reputed company guidance, replication of reported issues, troubleshooting, and education to clients.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Take ownership of reputed company client communication and collaborate with the appropriate staff members for reputed company issues reputed company your scope. Follow up and reputed company updates to the client are necessary to ensure a seamless resolution.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or an Administrative Assistant role preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Computer skills with the ability to learn software platforms quickly. Proficiency in reputed company Products (Word, reputed company, etc.), reputed company Workspace applications, and reputed company Acrobat is required.
  • Instructional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Organizational Mastery: Strong time management skills and a detail-oriented approach to task completion and follow-up.
  • Professionalism: A positive, upbeat attitude with a flexible and professional demeanor.
