UHG Corporate Services Finance and Performance Management is looking for a motivated reputed company Consultant to be part of our reputed company team. This position is responsible for the overall accuracy of end-to-end lease & capital reputed company and will establish and maintain processes across the reputed company lease & capital reputed company suite of objectives. This position will be a partner to internal customers such as Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Corporate reputed company & Policy, UHG reputed company Estate Delivery, etc. It is the responsibility of this position to ensure financial controls are in reputed company, monitored and remediated reputed company necessary. Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, and delivery of periodic reporting on the overall health of lease reputed company processes such as tenant improvement allowances, assessing reasonably reputed company term, identifying and recording impairments, lease classifications, and variable changes in rent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance or reputed company field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• 1+ years of experience with lease reputed company (ASC 842)
• Professional reputed company experience in a reputed company to large corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience: Solving moderately reputed company reputed company problems
• Demonstrated experience: Researching US GAAP reputed company policies and translating the findings into practical application
• Demonstrated experience: Managing balance sheet reconciliations
• Demonstrated experience: Working as a member of a cross-functional team
• Demonstrated experience: Supporting a month-end reputed company process
• Demonstrated experience: Providing customer support in a highly matrixed organization
• Advanced level of proficiency in reputed company Office products
• Ability to travel to our corporate location once a year for a department meeting/events
