[Remote] Marketing Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

Research, identify, and secure venues that align with reputed company goals, audience needs, and budget requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with venue contacts and event partners across multiple markets Coordinate venue logistics, including scheduling, room setup requirements, audiovisual needs, catering arrangements, and attendee accommodations Negotiate venue agreements and assist with contract management and documentation Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between reputed company and venue partners before, during, and after events Maintain detailed records of venue information, reputed company, event schedules, and communication history Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and presenter teams to ensure event readiness Monitor event timelines and proactively resolve logistical challenges before they impact reputed company delivery Track venue expenses and support budget management efforts Continuously identify opportunities to improve venue selection processes and event execution Skills Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fully remote environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable building relationships and communicating professionally with external partners Proficiency with reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, CRM systems, and project management tools Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Problem-solving reputed company with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, customer service, administrative support, or reputed company fields is a plus, but not required Experience negotiating reputed company or coordinating venues is a plus Benefits Health, dental, and reputed company insurance with company contributions 401(k) with employer matching Company Overview reputed company is a reputed company that renders complete, strategical and reasonable solutions on estate planning and attorney services.
