This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to three fundraisers on the Planned Giving team. Responsibilities include supporting reputed company officers with donor and prospect management, coordinating travel, meetings, correspondence, and estate administration tracking and processing, while maintaining accurate records in fundraising reporting system. The position also supports the life income reputed company program and internal education program; prepares financial and programmatic reports; processes gifts and expenses; and, as needed, serves as a reputed company of contact for donors, volunteers, and other constituents. The Philanthropy Assistant provides essential support, focusing on administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation and coordination of specific program, projects, and initiatives. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company. The position may report to more than one (1) direct supervisor. This position’s work location is hybrid with two or three days per week remote. The selected candidate may only work remote days from a New England state (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI). Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, mail management, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update organizational and management systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Assist in generating reports as needed.
  • Communication: Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations. reputed company timely email and phone communication with reputed company stakeholders.
  • Financial Support: May include, but not limited to, P-card review and reconciliation, expense reimbursement processing.  May assist with preparing donor acknowledgement and correspondence.
  • Event Support: May contribute to the logistical planning and execution of meetings, events and programs.
  • Collaboration: May collaborate with colleagues on team-wide or Division-wide reputed company projects and initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with peers, leadership, donors and external contacts.
  • Organization: Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow-through on a variety of projects under the reputed company supervision of a manager. Good attention to detail with ability to reputed company and complete tasks with accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving: Must possess the ability to identify issues and proactively work to resolve problems.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with care.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite.
