[Remote] 1st Party Debt Collection Specialist

The 1st Party Debt Collection Specialist role focuses on collecting outstanding balances from residents while ensuring compliance with laws and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• reputed company 50 to 100 outbound calls daily to former residents with outstanding balances
• Collect payments while meeting budget quotas and recovery goals
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and document actions for follow-up
• Review and validate disputed charges, conducting research to resolve inconsistencies
• Maintain accuracy of reputed company personal and confidential information in compliance with laws
• Address and resolve charge disputes to maintain positive client relationships
• Prepare accurate and compliant documentation for reputed company use
• Collaborate with internal teams and communities to ensure smooth operations
• Complete department-specific projects and tasks according to policies and performance standards
• Maintain accurate and timely reports on former reputed company accounts reputed company with goals

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in first-party debt collections, preferably in property management, or reputed company-party debt collections in property management
• Experience in call center environments with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven reputed company and reliability in remote work or work-from-home settings
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, property management software (reputed company or One Site), and database management
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy, tact, discretion, and privacy
