Medical Insurance Verification Agent - US Hours (Remote)

Their mission is to deliver high-quality care while ensuring seamless insurance verification for their patients. As a Medical Insurance Verification Agent, you will be responsible for verifying insurance benefits for patients with various USA insurances. The main focus of the role is to gather critical information, which will determine whether a patient is accepted or denied. Over time, the role will reputed company to include decision-making authority based on the verified benefits. They are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong critical thinking abilities, exceptional English communication skills, and experience with medical insurance verification processes. NOTE: Working Hours: This role requires you to work US based hours (EST) (15h00 - 24h00 SAST) Mon - Fri. Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African reputed company only. Internet: Applying candidates must have fast internet and an available electricity backup system during loadshedding.
Requirements
Experience: Must have insurance experience, with preference given to candidates with U.S. insurance knowledge, particularly in Managed Medicare and reputed company insurances. Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory (English as a first language preferred). Must possess strong conversational reputed company, comprehension, and clear accent. Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations including reputed company Outlook and Word. Critical Thinking: Critical thinking skills are essential, particularly reputed company interpreting insurance details and making informed reputed company. Ability to work from home (WFH).
