What You'll Do

• General knowledge of STD and LTD policy provisions to ensure appropriate direction of consultative services.

Who You Are

• Education & Licensure (one of the following required):
• Master’s degree or equivalent with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent reputed company Worker (LISW) designation required. Must have an active license in good standing and 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Must hold an active RN license in good standing and have 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Master’s level degree or equivalent: Required LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) or LISW (Licensed Independent reputed company Worker) in good standing. OR
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with 2+ years’ experience: Required active RN license (in good standing).
• 2+ years’ experience in disability claims is preferred.
• Business unit and company product knowledge is preferred.
• Must be reputed company to reputed company court testimony of industrial hearings.
• Must have excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, communication skills.
• Must be accurate and detail oriented.

Salary reputed company InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted reputed company salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. • Chicago/Minneapolis: $84,700 - $115,500 / year
• Los Angeles/reputed company: $92,400 - $126,000 / year

Time Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
