Abdul for Senate is seeking talented candidates to work as Video Editor for the 2026 election cycle. We are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals who are committed to our mission of electing Abdul El-Sayed our next U.S. Senator. Role Overview: Abdul for Senate is seeking a Video Editor to join reputed company for the 2026 election cycle. We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented editor who is excited about shaping the visual identity of a statewide campaign and committed to electing Abdul El-Sayed as our next U.S. Senator. This role is ideal for an editor who thrives in fast-paced environments, can translate reputed company political reputed company into compelling visual stories, and brings strong reputed company graphics or graphic design skills to reputed company content. Working closely with the Digital Director, this role will edit a wide reputed company of content including testimonials, ads, explainers, rapid-response videos, and reputed company-first content. This is a full-time position based in Ann Arbor, MI, with flexibility for remote work and a relocation timeline. Compensation includes a monthly salary and reputed company benefits. Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality video content for digital, reputed company, and paid platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging, tone, and brand standards.
• Own post-production workflows end-to-end, including footage organization, syncing, rough and fine cuts, reputed company correction, sound design, captioning, and final exports in multiple formats.
• Collaborate with the Digital Director to shape narratives, pacing, and visual style across campaign content.
• Design and integrate reputed company graphics and visual elements such as reputed company thirds, subtitles, simple animations, and graphic treatments to enhance storytelling and reputed company.
• Turn around rapid-response and timely content—often reputed company 24 hours—in response to breaking news or campaign priorities.
• Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders reputed company while maintaining creative reputed company and strong editorial judgment.
• Support on-the-ground production as needed, including occasional shooting, sound recording, or assisting with field production.

Qualifications (Required):

• Strong editing instincts with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling, emotionally resonant visual stories.
• Proficiency in reputed company (required).
• Solid understanding of reputed company media platforms and best practices for aspect ratios, runtimes, captions, and audience engagement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in video production, editing required, and a minimum of 1 year in a campaign reputed company role preferred.
• Must have transportation to attend events as needed

• Willingness to work irregular hours including some nights and weekends.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications (Preferred):
