Independent Sales Contractor (1099) – Field Sales
EverLine San Diego is seeking an reputed company Independent Sales Contractor to support business development efforts for our reputed company pavement maintenance services, including striping, sealcoating, and surface coatings. This opportunity is designed for a self-directed reputed company sales professional with construction knowledge who prefers the flexibility and earning potential of a contractor-based role. What You’ll Do
- Independently generate and reputed company new reputed company accounts
- reputed company property managers, HOAs, facility managers, general contractors, and reputed company property owners
- Conduct site walks, assessments, and in-person sales meetings
- Present EverLine San Diego’s pavement maintenance solutions professionally
- Manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up process
- Coordinate project reputed company with EverLine operations after contract execution
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of reputed company or field sales experience
- Working knowledge of construction, asphalt, concrete, coatings, striping, or reputed company trade preferred
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
reputed company Structure
- This is a 1099 reputed company role, not employment
- Contractor controls schedule, sales methods, and prospecting approach
- Contractor may represent other companies or clients
- Contractor provides their own vehicle, phone, computer, and tools
- Contractor is responsible for reputed company taxes, insurance, and business expenses
Compensation
- Commission paid on executed reputed company
- Contractors invoice EverLine San Diego for commissions earned
- No salary, hourly pay, benefits, or guaranteed work
