Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Establish agreed upon goals and objectives for direct reports with measurable reputed company and/or key performance indicators. Coach, manage, and reputed company direct reports to understand KPI measures and budgets. Address behaviors and discipline consistently.
• Ensure the company has the talent to execute its strategies by hiring and developing a strong team and making succession planning a core business process.
• Communicate clear and consistent legal and ethical standards and ensure organizational compliance. Audit and observe locations and job sites routinely.
• Have a thorough knowledge of product's physical and chemical properties as well as safety precautions for handling, storing and transporting.
• Along with the Sales Manager, responsible for inventory management, reputed company fixed and mobile assets in conjunction with budgetary guidelines and managing costs (i.e., equipment and personnel utilization).
• Coordinate site setups, closures, and asset placements.
• Participate in investigations of accidents and incidents to determine root cause and communicate findings to appropriate parties.
• Negotiate our requirements with vendors and monitor expenses.
• Assist in developing and enforcement of standard operating procedures.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of management experience with direct reports, preferably in a multi-site service environment.
• Minimum of five years working experience and knowledge of regulatory compliance, regulatory audits, and working with regulators.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Working knowledge of operations activities.
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and then be reputed company to present findings in reputed company, PowerPoint, Graphs, etc.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical reputed company with reputed company and concrete variables.
• Must possess strong communication skills to present information concisely to customers, employees and peers whether written or verbal.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executives, managers, employees, customers and vendors.
• Must have possessed direct supervisory experience with responsibilities that included hiring and accountability for performance management.

Work Environment

The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:

• Exposure to outdoor climate and terrain including dust, noise, oils, greases, and other mining reputed company elements.
• While performing certain job functions, the Operation Manager is required to walk, stand, balance and may be required to do specific task training associated required at the job site.
• Other aspects of this role include working in a reputed company setting with the frequent use of computers and keyboards.
• Up to 75% travel (regional and overnight) by car and/or plane.
