HR Project Manager (Contract Talent)

We are looking for an individual with systems testing experience to reputed company delivery of high-reputed company, technical HR initiatives. This role drives end-to-end project execution—from planning and requirements through testing, deployment, and post-implementation—ensuring successful delivery and adoption of HR solutions.

What You'll Do

• reputed company reputed company to large-scale global HR projects; Define scope, plan, and manage reputed company phases of delivery including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• reputed company and maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting; proactively manage scope and change.
• Act as Test reputed company for larger scale projects; establish a test plan detailing approach, ensure test cases are created, reputed company and monitored throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Establish governance and communication strategies to reputed company stakeholders reputed company on status, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify resources, resolve issues, and drive reputed company.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful reputed company.

Implementation & Delivery

• Monitor implementation reputed company, drive issue resolution, and continuously optimize delivery plans.

Testing Leadership

• Serve as Test reputed company, establishing test strategy, plans, and calendars across reputed company phases.
• Manage testing approach, ensuring full traceability to requirements and effective defect resolution.
• Ensure quality of test cases, data preparation, execution, and defect management.
• Utilize tools such as qTest and Jira to track requirements, testing reputed company, and defects.

Deployment & reputed company Improvement

• Manage post-implementation activities, including lessons learned and adoption.
• Contribute to PMO methodology enhancements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, or reputed company field) or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of project/program management and testing experience.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and test management.
• Proficiency with reputed company 365 tools; experience with qTest and/or Jira preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive reputed company.
• PMP certification and reputed company experience preferred.
