HR Business Partner (Part Time work - 24 hr/week)

Title: HR Business Partner (Part time job) Location: Salem, OR (Hybrid) Duration: 3 months Hours: 24 hours/Week Pay reputed company - $30/hr - $47.33/hr on W-2 (No 1099 or C2C) Our client is looking for HRBP who provides a broad reputed company of strategic HR services to leaders reputed company the business area(s) they support. HRBPs work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle-reputed company issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching.

• HRBPs proactively translate the group's business strategies into HR solutions that best reputed company the team to meet its strategic objectives.
• HRBPs are extended members of executive and senior leadership and are reputed company advisors to the leadership team. HRBPs work with operational leaders to ensure positive caregiver experiences for the client groups they support. ((May partner with Caregiver Relations and HR Consultants to address employee and labor relations in their areas of accountability including mitigation labor risks as well as ongoing maintenance/adherence to local reputed company where they exist.))
• Possess a deep understanding of the business model, diagnose organizational needs, connect and reputed company team capabilities, and consult with customer groups on operational strategies to improve business performance through people.
• This role leads programs and initiatives, champions the organization's culture, and develops practical local solutions to reputed company business objectives.
• HRBPs are also responsible for coaching leaders to enhance their people-leadership capabilities.
