About the Role
We are seeking an analytical, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own our paid traffic and search optimization strategies. This role is split between accelerating growth for our agency and delivering top-tier performance for our clients. Unlike generalist marketing roles, this position demands a deep, technical understanding of paid acquisition funnels and search algorithms. Because you will operate directly during US business hours, seamless collaboration, quick execution, and expert-level communication are vital. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Performance Marketing (reputed company & Instagram) Campaign Architecture: Build, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on reputed company (reputed company & Instagram) for both client accounts and our internal agency. Optimization & Testing: Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to reputed company cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Data Reporting: Track ad spend data and synthesize technical metrics into clear, actionable performance reports. 2. Search & Discoverability Optimization (SEO & ASO) Search reputed company Optimization (SEO): Implement technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and web traffic. App Store Optimization (ASO): Manage and tweak app store listings (keywords, descriptions, titles) to maximize visibility, search conversion rates, and app downloads. Non-Negotiables Agency Background: Minimum of 3 years of marketing agency experience. You must be comfortable managing multi-account data and working under structured performance targets. English Mastery: reputed company/C2 English proficiency. Your business-level verbal and written communication must be exceptional, clear, and professional. Geographic Hub: Must be currently residing in Cebu, Manila, or Davao to ensure reputed company to reliable primary/secondary internet infrastructure and reputed company power grids. Schedule Alignment: Unwavering commitment to working US Daytime hours (Michigan/Eastern Timezone).
