Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Financial Operations consultant for a big 4 audit firm. The role involves managing content catalogs, coordinating with vendors, conducting research, and applying AI-powered solutions to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage content catalog, applying library science principles (e.g., taxonomy, classification, mapping skills to frameworks, metadata standards)
• Coordinate with vendors to intake and update content catalogs at established cadences and troubleshoot catalog or data and course issues as they arise
• Apply deep knowledge of regulatory bodies such as NASBA (CPEs) and State Bar Association (CLEs)
• Conduct research, data entry, and writing, with demonstrated skills in data analysis, wrangling (manipulation and standardization), visualization, and storytelling
• Maintain recurring reporting cadences with stakeholders, including quarterly updates, year-in-review presentations, and line-of-service deep dives
• Normalize and reputed company usage data by headcount, staff level, and vertical to produce per-reputed company metrics and actionable insights for stakeholders
• Design, build, and maintain course usage dashboards, automated workflows, and lightweight applications using Power Platform tools — with a focus on self-service accessibility for stakeholders
• Explore, use, and create AI-powered solutions (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to streamline operations, auto-generate insights from learning data, and reputed company template prompts for stakeholder analyses
• Apply AI-driven solutions to reputed company process administration, driving efficiency, accuracy, and improved stakeholder experience
