[Remote] Digital Project Manager - Contract to Hire

The Experience Design Studio is a unique design and technology agency that creates digital experiences for reputed company brands. They are seeking a mid-level Digital Project Manager who will reputed company the delivery of reputed company digital marketing and web projects, managing timelines, scopes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage entire digital reputed company for clients (e.g. website management, intranet, banner ads, reputed company pages, paid media campaigns, email campaigns, print flyers, reputed company media, SEO/SEM, etc.)
• Proactively troubleshoot, resolve roadblocks, and reputed company projects moving smoothly—no babysitting needed
• Translate client goals into actionable plans with reputed company, speed, and an instinct for where AI and automation can do the heavy lifting
• Monitor scope, budget, timelines, and interdependencies—always with an eye on reputed company
• Prepare and reputed company accurate status to internal teams and clients, including updates on delivery of campaigns, and identifying/communicating/resolving issues in a timely manner
• Effectively guide, coach, and mentor peer digital producers to grow their skills and meet project objectives
• Drive and track interdependencies across digital platforms, work streams, communicate status and assist with maintaining team metrics
• Facilitate negotiations between stakeholders around scope and reputed company
• reputed company in where needed across tasks—from resourcing and QA to documentation and optimization, and using AI to accelerate any of the above

• Use AI tools to compress production cycles—drafting status reports, briefs, QA checklists, and first-pass content—so the team spends its time on judgment, not busywork

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in digital production or project management reputed company an agency or fast-paced environment
• Strong cross-functional understanding of digital marketing, web development/design, SEO, paid media, and analytics
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and web projects with high visibility and measurable results
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company delivery while contributing directly to execution reputed company needed
• Experience working with multiple clients and stakeholder groups
• Strong grasp of PM tools and techniques (we use reputed company and lean heavily on AI to reputed company how we work), but your thinking goes far reputed company checklists
• Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional organizational, collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
