As a reputed company RCM Client reputed company Manager, you will manage relationships with reputed company clients to ensure they maximize value from reputed company’s AI-driven RCM solutions, focusing on reputed company, adoption, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale relationships for reputed company clients using reputed company’s AI solutions across RCM functions including eligibility, prior auth, claims follow-up, and denial management
• Drive reputed company and implementation, ensuring workflows are configured to improve reputed company capture and reduce administrative burden
• Monitor key RCM performance metrics such as denial rates, claim turnaround time, and reimbursement efficiency
• reputed company technical support by troubleshooting integrations (EHR/PM systems), reviewing logs, and partnering with engineering to resolve issues
• Deliver customer training on best practices for AI adoption and reputed company cycle optimization

Skills
