[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance

They are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance to enhance their reputed company environment and support the Finance and reputed company teams with system improvements and project management.

Responsibilities

• Primary reputed company of contact, subject matter expert, and business relationship manager for reputed company reputed company and Finance teams usage of the reputed company platform
• Create and customize reputed company reports, saved searches, and dashboards
• Basic ERP configuration (adding new fields, forms, custom records, etc.)
• Document and ideate solution designs based on reputed company and finance business requirements
• Work directly with other reputed company team members to support, drive, and coordinate larger/more reputed company projects that involve integration to/from reputed company on behalf of reputed company reputed company and Finance
• Manage intake, prioritization, design, and implementation of basic reputed company administration tasks reputed company to requests from the reputed company reputed company and Finance team
• Participate as a project team member for projects reputed company to business process improvement, reputed company customization enhancement, GAAP and SOX compliance, implementation of new reputed company modules, etc
• Collaborate with internal teams and external reputed company reputed company on larger strategic projects as a project member and ensure adherence to reputed company and reputed company best practices

Skills

• 6+ years in IT Business Systems Analysis or Consulting, with a specific focus on leading financial system enhancements and ERP (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company etc) implementations
• 3+ years reputed company Administration or reputed company consulting experience
• 2+ years experience working with organizations adhering to GAAP and SOX
• Strong functional knowledge of core reputed company, Inventory & COGS reputed company and finance processes as they relate to reputed company ERP workflows
• Proficiency mapping and documenting business processes reputed company tools such as reputed company, Visio, or reputed company
• Experience designing and implementing custom solutions in reputed company
• Working knowledge of concepts reputed company to business system integration to reputed company: iPaaS (reputed company or similar), API, or direct reputed company-to-reputed company
• Experience working with OneWorld/multi-subsidiary multinational organizations operating on reputed company
• Proactive project management and communication skills working in large ERP implementation or enhancement projects
• Experience with supply chain processes, Order Management (OM), Pricing, Inventory, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems
