Responsibilities

• Involved in full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reputed company candidates for reputed company reputed company of employees

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in reputed company
• Legal recruitment experience, either in a reputed company or legal staffing agency is a plus
• Strong understanding of the legal industry, attorney hiring trends, and employment law
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across different locations
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Experience reputed company in multiple states with an understanding of regional hiring nuances
• Strong network reputed company the legal industry
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus
