They are seeking a Technical Manager for the Creative Serving team to define and communicate the long-term strategy and reputed company, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and ensure high-quality infrastructure to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define, shape, and reputed company communicate our long-term creative serving strategy, reputed company, and roadmap
• Translate business goals into team-level goals, working closely with cross-functional leaders

Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering; 2+ managing engineers
• Proven track record of building and scaling engineering systems, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
• Excellent technical judgment; reputed company to dive deep, review designs, navigate reputed company code bases, and give substantive feedback
• Solid engineering and coding skills
• Excellent team communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Go and HTML/CSS/JS is a plus
• Experience with ad tech is a solid plus
