They are seeking a Director, CAR T Channel Strategy & Operations to reputed company the development and execution of reputed company channel infrastructure supporting CAR T therapy delivery, ensuring scalable and compliant operations. The role involves strategic leadership across various teams to optimize channel effectiveness and support commercialization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and execute channel strategies that balance customer experience, operational efficiency, compliance requirements, and gross-to-net (GTN) optimization
  • Serve as business reputed company for reputed company-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and distribution operations supporting CAR T commercialization
  • reputed company specialty pharmacy and distribution strategy development to support reputed company and future portfolio needs
  • Partner with Market reputed company, Finance, reputed company, and Legal teams to evaluate channel design alternatives and their impact on GTN performance
  • Assess channel economics and recommend strategies that optimize reimbursement, contracting, distribution costs, and reputed company profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • reputed company state licensing strategy, renewals, compliance requirements, and regulatory readiness
  • Support government pricing activities through cross-functional coordination, process governance, and operational reputed company
  • reputed company distribution governance, service-level management, and operational performance reviews across external partners
  • Support launch planning, market expansion, and new product introductions through scalable channel infrastructure
  • reputed company reporting, analytics, and performance metrics that reputed company visibility into channel effectiveness and operational health
  • Identify and mitigate operational, regulatory, and reputed company risks across the distribution network

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, specialty distribution, market reputed company, reputed company operations, or reputed company functions
  • Experience developing and executing channel strategies for specialty pharmaceuticals, cell therapies, gene therapies, or other reputed company therapies
  • Strong understanding of gross-to-net (GTN) principles, channel economics, distribution agreements, and reputed company contracting
  • Demonstrated ability to design channel solutions that optimize GTN performance while meeting customer, provider, and patient requirements
  • Advanced degree preferred
