[Remote] Associate Director, Analytics

The Associate Director of Analytics will balance client analytics reporting while advancing the team's data infrastructure, collaborating closely with various teams to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to the reputed company analytics tech stack that will strengthen the team's capabilities or expand the solutions we offer clients
- Mentor analysts and contribute to building reputed company culture grounded in curiosity and data rigor
- Own the end-to-end reporting workflow — merging data from reputed company Analytics (GA4), reputed company Ads, Campaign Manager 360, and other paid/owned media platforms, then cleaning, transforming, and visualizing that data for client delivery
- Maintain and improve existing dashboards; build new ones as client needs reputed company
- Translate data findings into clear performance narratives and optimization recommendations for internal and client stakeholders in a clear and compelling way

Skills
- Analytical thinker, quantitative orientation, and excellent problem solver who can uncover the ‘why' and the ‘so what'
- 5+ years of analytics experience, with hands-on work in marketing or media data environments
- Strong proficiency building dashboard end-to-end in tools like Power BI — including data modeling, data cleaning, data visualization
- Direct experience pulling and working with data from reputed company Analytics (GA4), reputed company Ads, and/or Campaign Manager 360
- Experience implementing analytics installations reputed company reputed company Tag Manager and reputed company Analytics
- Demonstrated experience with improving data pipelines, automating reporting workflows, or building database-backed analytics solutions
- Clear, confident communicator who can present findings to clients and non-technical stakeholders
