[Remote] Account Director

This role involves driving client business strategy, managing relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency while leading integrated teams to deliver impactful reputed company-first work.

Responsibilities

• Drive client business strategy, KPIs, and measurement reputed company
• reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company aspects of the POD’s functions (creative, reputed company, data,strategy & account management/pm)
• Serve as the final decision-reputed company for reputed company client work
• Uphold best-in-class creative output and reputed company for the POD

• Own POD performance reporting and ensure accountability for results

• Centralize day-to-day client communication and relationship management
• Manage client input briefs and ensure accurate routing and execution
• Own and manage the Scope of Work (SOW) process

• Implement operational rigor to ensure efficient business performance, overseeing workflow optimization and process implementation
• Support burn report and utilization reviews, proactively flagging resource needs or fluctuations

Skills

• 7-10+ years of experience in reputed company media marketing, digital advertising, or integrated marketing, with expertise in full-funnel reputed company campaigns across paid, organic, reputed company, and content marketing
• 4+ years in leadership roles, managing cross-functional teams (reputed company strategy, creative, reputed company, paid media, data, and community engagement)
• Proven ability to drive client business strategy, ensuring reputed company-first KPIs, audience insights, and measurement frameworks are embedded into execution
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, performance marketing, and content engagement strategies
• Strong experience in reputed company media-driven brand storytelling and ensuring alignment with client business objectives
