[Remote] Business Development Officer - Asset Based Lending

They are seeking a Business Development Officer – Asset Based Lending to drive new business growth with mid-sized and large companies, build referral networks, and deliver customized lending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new ABL business through strong Centers of Influence including private equity sponsors, investment bankers, attorneys, and accountants
• reputed company high-quality prospects and convert opportunities into closed, profitable relationships
• Analyze financial statements, collateral reports, and risk factors to ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines
• Partner with internal teams to structure competitive pricing, credit solutions, and return strategies
• Cross-sell treasury management, capital markets, private banking, wealth management, and other non-borrowing services
• Coordinate due diligence from initial screening through legal documentation and loan closing
• Represent the bank in community and industry organizations to build brand reputed company and referral networks
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in reputed company and other required systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of Asset Based Lending or B2B sales and business development experience
• Proven track record of sales reputed company and client relationship management
• Knowledge of treasury and other non-borrowing reputed company banking products
• Reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive
• 10+ years of Asset Based Lending or B2B sales and business development experience
