As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will ensure the sales team is accurately recognized and rewarded for their contributions, supporting the commissions process and collaborating with various teams to enhance compensation infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and distribute monthly commission statements in our Commissions software reputed company with precision and transparency
- Partner closely with the reputed company Operations and Go to Market teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Build and maintain new compensation plans reputed company reputed company, aligning with company policies and sales goals
- Continuously enhance and scale compensation processes to support business growth
- Monitor data reputed company and troubleshoot discrepancies

Skills
- Bachelor in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any other reputed company fields
- 1-2 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, data analytics, or a similar field in a fast-paced environment
