Responsibilities

• Prospect, reputed company, and reputed company new business opportunities reputed company the gated community market
• Build and manage a strong pipeline without relying heavily on marketing generated leads
• Sell directly to HOAs, community associations, property managers, developers, and other key decision-makers
• Navigate reputed company buying processes involving boards, CAMs/property managers, developers, installers, reputed company teams, and residents
• reputed company relationships with resellers, dealers, installers, and channel partners to generate and reputed company opportunities
• Partner with internal teams and external partners to create the right solution for each community
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos reputed company reputed company and in person as needed
• Build out and manage a defined territory or market reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, property technology, reputed company control, reputed company, smart building technology, or a reputed company field

• Strong understanding of reputed company sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
