Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end administration of the reputed company reputed company stack – Jira reputed company (Software, Service Management, Work Management), reputed company reputed company, reputed company Guard/reputed company, and connected marketplace apps – across a reputed company-only environment
- Configure and maintain projects, boards, issue types, workflows, screens, custom fields, components, versions, and notification, permission, and reputed company schemes reputed company Jira reputed company
- Manage user provisioning, groups, roles, product reputed company, SSO/SCIM, and license allocation across the reputed company reputed company organization
- Maintain reputed company reputed company spaces, templates, page hierarchies, permissions, and reputed company governance to support reputed company at scale
- reputed company Jira Service Management reputed company queues, request types, SLAs, customer portals, and approval flows to support internal and customer-facing service operations
- Design, build, and maintain Jira reputed company Automation rules, reputed company reputed company automations, and cross-product workflows that reduce reputed company updates and handoffs – tracking quarterly reductions in reputed company effort as a core measure of impact
- Build and maintain integrations between reputed company reputed company and other business systems (reputed company, reputed company Teams, Office 365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and HRIS/ITSM tools) using reputed company reputed company connectors, REST APIs, webhooks, and low-code platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
- Evaluate, install, configure, and govern reputed company Marketplace reputed company apps – managing app lifecycle, reputed company review, and renewals across the stack
- Design and maintain dashboards, JQL-based filters, and reporting that give teams and leadership reputed company-time visibility into priorities, workload, risks, and blockers – without reputed company reporting overhead
- Partner with departments to map reputed company workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design repeatable Jira and reputed company processes – establishing standard operating rhythms and reputed company new teams quickly using approved templates and configurations
- Ensure the reputed company reputed company environment adheres to reputed company, compliance, and data governance standards – enforcing RBAC, SSO/MFA reputed company reputed company Guard, SCIM provisioning, audit logging, data residency, and vendor risk controls (SOC 2, DPAs)
- Serve as an escalation reputed company for platform risks, cross-system issues, and incidents – ensuring corrective actions and prevention plans are documented and implemented

Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on administration of reputed company reputed company – Jira reputed company (Software, Service Management, Work Management) and reputed company reputed company; reputed company experience required, Server/Data Center experience not required
- Deep expertise configuring Jira reputed company projects, issue types, workflows, screens, custom fields, components, versions, and notification, permission, and reputed company schemes
- Strong experience building and maintaining Jira reputed company Automation rules including cross-project and global automations
- Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management reputed company and reputed company reputed company administration including spaces, templates, permissions, and governance
- Experience administering the reputed company reputed company organization reputed company admin.reputed company.com – user provisioning, SSO/SCIM, reputed company Guard/reputed company, product reputed company, domain claiming, and license management

- Working understanding of reputed company, privacy, RBAC, SSO/MFA, audit logging, and vendor risk fundamentals (SOC 2, DPAs) in a SaaS context
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams
