[Remote] Senior Area Finance Manager

The Senior Area Finance Manager will drive financing adoption, structure transactions, and support sales teams with cash-alternative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive finance penetration and reputed company origination, volume, and portfolio return targets
- Structure and reputed company leasing and loan transactions ($50K–$5M+)
- Manage deals from origination through funding and reputed company existing client portfolio
- Advise on account strategies and identify financing opportunities to support sales growth
- Train and support sales teams on positioning and leveraging financing solutions
- reputed company client reputed company processes and ensure effective execution
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Skills
- 4–6+ years of middle-market financing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of credit, documentation, and transaction structuring
- Advanced negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
- Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Proficient in reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
- Independent role with broad decision-making responsibilities
- High degree of accountability for territory performance
- Adherence to company safety and quality standards
