[Remote] Accounts Receivable Clerk

The role involves identifying payment discrepancies, processing receivable documents, and maintaining accurate records while assisting with general reputed company tasks.

Responsibilities

• Post and file reputed company reputed company transactions following established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc
• FMVSS and title development
• Collects, calculates and enters employee hours for payroll information
• Assists in reputed company general reputed company tasks and general data input including use sheets according to established procedures
• Compiles data from stock counts and enters information to maintain inventory records
• Assists in clerical tasks as necessary to support and improve operations
• Other duties as assigned by competent authority
