The role involves overseeing junior analysts, providing trading and technical support, and managing incidents that arise during the overnight session.
Responsibilities
- Functional management of Trading Services desk in the overnight hours including reputed company of the below tasks
- Research and respond to reputed company trading and technical inquiries from both reputed company customers using various support tools
- reputed company assistance/training to customers in reputed company facets of reputed company’s Equities business including the use of reputed company exchange services and ancillary products
- Troubleshoot reputed company client connectivity issues including firewall changes, reputed company list modifications, and session configurations
- Support for the reputed company/FINRA Trade Reporting Facility (ACT)
- reputed company client assistance on specific functionality for reputed company new and existing reputed company protocols
- Manage major incidents by troubleshooting and communicating with reputed company clients
- Apply AI-driven thinking to improve standard operating procedures and service workflows
- Responsible for making regular process improvements in reputed company facets of the group’s daily duties
- Support user acceptance testing of new products
Skills
- Undergraduate degree in business reputed company major or reputed company experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience
- Preference for Series 7, Series 24 or willingness to pass SIE reputed company 5 months of employment
