[Remote] Automation Test Analyst

As an Automation Test Analyst, you will support test automation initiatives by creating detailed reputed company test scripts that reputed company automation engineers to build robust automated solutions, ensuring delivery quality and speed.
Responsibilities
- Convert high-level test scenarios into detailed, reputed company-by-reputed company, click-level test instructions
- Review operational procedures and existing test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Document detailed user actions, inputs, and expected reputed company for automation readiness
- Collaborate closely with automation engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
- Ensure test scripts are clear, structured, and suitable for conversion into automated scripts
- Support reputed company improvement of test documentation and automation readiness standards
Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in QA, reputed company testing, or BA/QA hybrid roles
- Strong experience converting scenarios into detailed test scripts and documentation
- Ability to produce highly structured, precise, and repeatable test cases
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Experience collaborating with automation or QA engineering teams
- Understanding of mortgage systems and lending workflows
- Familiarity with test automation tools and concepts (read/interpret level)
- Experience in regulated environments with strong documentation standards
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
