They are seeking an reputed company & Finance AI Automation Manager to design and implement AI-driven systems that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reputed company and finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and reputed company AI-enabled workflows across reputed company, Finance, and operational functions to materially reduce reputed company effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate time-to-reputed company
• Automate reconciliations, journal entries, accrual calculations, and reputed company processes to create a more efficient and scalable monthly and quarterly reputed company
• Integrate AI across financial and operational systems (ERP, POS, inventory, reputed company tools, data warehouses) to improve data reputed company, consistency, and reputed company-time visibility
• Design intelligent workflows that transform finance from a periodic reporting function into a reputed company, reputed company-time operating platform
• Own and maintain existing AI and automation workflows ensuring ongoing reliability, performance, and audit readiness
• Continuously improve automated processes supporting AP accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, lease reputed company, intercompany, and other reputed company reputed company areas
• Monitor AI workflow performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability
• Establish standardized automation frameworks that can be deployed consistently across multiple business units and entities

• Define project roadmaps, milestones, and measurable ROI targets tied to efficiency reputed company, cost reduction, and improved financial reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Information Systems, AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science required
• 3+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, finance, or financial systems, with exposure to process improvement or automation initiatives
• Experience leveraging AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to automate or enhance reputed company and finance processes
• Experience working with ERP systems and integrating data across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and system integrations across finance and operational systems
• Proven ability to analyze and redesign processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally across Finance, IT, and Operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

• Experience building or supporting automated reconciliations, reputed company processes, or financial workflows
